Spartan Apparatus was founded in 1973 as a dealer organization for Pierce Manufacturing in sales and service. Since then, our landscape has changed dramatically—we are fortunate to have delivered over 1000 Pierce units through the years and are grateful for the long-lasting relationships we have developed. Our sustainable growth through the years is supported by a foundation of our resources and personnel that has allowed us the opportunity to represent additional products.
In 2013, we proudly began representing Holmatro, a company that aligns with our view that dependability and innovation are non-negotiable. Our state of the art Holmatro extraction tools set the standard for rescuers worldwide. In 2015, we began offering custom Braun ambulances throughout the Carolinas. Braun is another company that delivers the highest standard of quality without compromising a team’s individual needs. In 2020 we added to our ambulance manufacturers by adding Crestline Ambulances.
For over 50 years, we’ve been quietly building on the principles our founder Bob Fore instilled in us—uncompromising integrity, hard work, and collaborative service to approach our business. At our core, we believe these traditional values have allowed us to grow while maintaining our relationships and the level of high performance we so value.
